Returns
Because each watch is made to order, we can only accept returns if the product is defective or incorrect. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return:

The watch must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us at Moderawatches@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and details of the defect. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll prioritize a quick replacement or refund at no extra cost.
